Digital Products - No Refund Policy

All sales of digital funeral slideshow videos are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once payment has been processed via Stripe for the following reasons:

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned"
You can fully preview and make unlimited changes before payment
Once payment is made, the video becomes final and cannot be edited
This is standard practice for digital goods across the industry

Before purchasing: Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your slideshow by using our free preview feature. You can make unlimited edits, changes, and adjustments until you're ready to pay.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical issues with our software that prevent video download (not due to user error)
Service unavailability on our end
Billing errors processed by our payment system
