Music & Audio

Music files must be in MP3 or WAV format. If your file appears blocked or unselectable, it may be in a different format. Try converting your music to MP3 first.
You can download MP3 files from music purchase sites, convert existing audio files using free online converters, or record new audio directly in MP3 format.
Yes, you can upload multiple music tracks. The slideshow will automatically adjust the timing to match your total music length.
Audio may skip in previews due to processing. The final video should have smooth audio playback.
Videos with music are automatically muted when you add music to your slideshow to prevent audio conflicts.

Photos & Images

Photos need to meet minimum size requirements to look good in your video. If a photo is too small, you can try enlarging it with photo editing software, or contact support if it's an important photo and we may be able to help.
There may be an issue with the photo rotation feature. Contact support with details about which photo you're trying to rotate and we can assist you.
You can include many photos in your slideshow! The main limit is that videos can be up to 30 minutes long.
Video transition controls may work differently on mobile devices. For the best experience, try using a desktop computer, or contact support for mobile-specific guidance.

Preview & Final Video

No, preview indicators like numbers and green circles are only for editing purposes and will not appear in your final downloaded video.
Preview playback can sometimes have issues. The final rendered video should play properly. If you continue having problems, contact support.
No, once you've paid for your video, it cannot be edited or changed. This is because we use Amazon servers to render your final video, and they charge us for each rendering process. Please make sure you're completely happy with your slideshow before proceeding to payment.
Currently, we use fade transitions between photos. While dissolve effects were considered, we focus on fade transitions as they work well for most slideshows.
